Frequently asked questions
How do I activate my license key? +
On first launch, the POS displays an installation code unique to your PC. Go to the activation page, enter your order reference (received by email) and this installation code: your lifetime activation key is shown instantly and emailed to you. Then just paste it once into the License menu.
Is my receipt printer compatible? +
The POS supports standard thermal receipt printers (ESC/POS) as well as printing to an office printer (A4 document / PDF). You choose the print mode in the settings. Plug in the printer, select it, and print a test receipt.
What hardware do I need? My PC is old. +
A counter PC, even an old one, is enough. The POS runs from Windows XP to Windows 11. No need to buy new hardware: your current computer and printer will work in the vast majority of cases.
How do I back up my data? +
All your data (catalog, sales, sessions) is stored locally in a file on your PC. Simply copy this file to a USB stick or external drive to have a backup. Remember to do it regularly.
