1. Publisher / Seller

2. Product and license
Petales POS is offline point-of-sale software. Purchase grants a lifetime license for the purchased version. 1 license = 1 station. The license is bound to the hardware via an activation key.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in Tunisian dinars (TND). The amount due is the one displayed on the payment page at the time of order. Payment is made by card via the secure ClicToPay gateway (Monétique Tunisie). No card data is stored by the seller.
4. Delivery
Delivery is digital. After payment confirmation, an email with the download link and instructions is sent. The lifetime activation key is issued after we receive the customer's installation code (usually within 24h).
5. Refund
Satisfaction guaranteed: refund available within 14 days of purchase, upon request to our support, if the software does not meet your expectations. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
6. Updates
The purchased version remains usable for life. New major versions may be a paid upgrade (optional).
7. Support
Support is provided by email and via the supplied documentation and video. Contact us.
8. Personal data
The collected email address is used solely for license delivery and support. It is never sold or transferred to third parties.
